Ahmad Sharkh brings a vast range of construction management experience
GUELPH, Ontario, Canada, April 15, 2026 – Ahmad Sharkh, P.Eng., PMP, has joined GEI Consultants as Construction Manager. Ahmad has more than 15 years of experience managing multi-million-dollar construction projects both as a consultant and a contractor. He has extensive expertise in managing civil underground infrastructure and road and railway track construction.
“Ahmad has experience on both large, complex, high-budget projects as well as smaller, cost-constrained developments,” says Steve Conway, Vice President and Construction Services Practice Lead at GEI. “This gives him a versatile skill set and a strong understanding of engineering practice, contract delivery methods, and the realities of both the public and private sectors.”
Ahmad has provided contract administration and project management services for a range of projects. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Ahmad holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences from the University of Toronto. He is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario, the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers, and the Project Management Institute.
