Mark is a seasoned professional with 18 years of experience in master planning and municipal engineering. He has experience as project manager, advisor, QA/QC lead and technical lead across a range of infrastructure planning projects.  He has been involved in projects, studies and analysis including, but not limited to feasibility studies, master plans, Class Environmental Assessments, water demand and wastewater flow analysis, servicing strategy development, costing review, capital program development, hydraulic modeling, water and wastewater conceptual and detailed design and public consultation.
