Jenn holds multiple professional designations, including Certified Technician (OACETT), Certified GIS Professional (GISCI), Asset Management Professional (IAM), and Member of the Institute of Asset Management. Her work empowers municipalities to build robust and sustainable asset management programs. She provides leadership in the development of Asset Management Plans, condition assessment protocols, risk and criticality models, lifecycle strategies, and level of service frameworks. Led and supported the development of numerous corporate and departmental Asset Management Plans for Ontario municipalities, delivering compliant levels of service, lifecycle strategies, risk frameworks, and long‑range financial plans for several municipalities, including Halton Region, City of Windsor, City of Cambridge, City of Welland, City of Port Colborne, Town of Pelham, and the Town of Fort Erie. Jenn excels at aligning organizational goals with practical asset management solutions, fostering innovation through collaboration.
In addition to her technical expertise, Jenn is skilled in evaluating business processes and corporate systems – including GIS – to provide actionable, tailored recommendations.
