Holly is a registered professional planner with 10 years of experience in public and private sector project management.

Holly has worked with a variety of municipalities, non-profits, and conservation authorities to support initiatives aimed at improving community resiliency and identifying opportunities for further economic development. This has included policy analysis and technical reporting on topics such as integrated watershed management, natural heritage system planning, green infrastructure, municipal water and energy conservation practices, and private and public land use changes. Holly specializes in applying a planning policy lens to assess a variety of multi-disciplinary projects for private and public sector clients.

At GEI Canada, Holly manages a diverse portfolio of natural heritage and planning projects to support private development and public infrastructure planning including due-diligence reviews, environmental impact studies, natural heritage reviews for master plans, and subwatershed studies, and has been supporting GEI Canada’s integration of natural assets and green infrastructure into traditional asset management plans.
