VICTORIA, British Columbia, Jan. 27, 2026 – Ryan O’Grady has joined GEI Consultants as a Senior Consultant. He brings multidisciplinary experience in climate change, asset management, emergency preparedness, and master planning. Ryan supports municipal and utility clients with risk-informed solutions that connect strategic objectives with operational implementation and long-term asset stewardship.

Ryan has held senior leadership roles in municipal and provincial government, leading policy and programs delivering capital projects, funding programs, legislative initiatives related to climate change, emergency management, and Indigenous reconciliation in British Columbia. Ryan is known for incorporating technical, environmental, social, and Indigenous considerations into complex initiatives and translating strategy into real-world outcomes.
