Stuart has significant experience in all aspects of municipal infrastructure projects from the planning through construction and commissioning stages. Typical projects include: road construction and reconstruction; site developments including site servicing and stormwater management, Class Environmental Assessments; water and wastewater treatment systems; sanitary pump stations; storm and sanitary sewer and maintenance hole condition assessments and rehabilitation; and Trenchless Technology for new installations and rehabilitation of existing infrastructure. Over his career, Stuart has completed over 30 new road construction and reconstruction projects.

For almost 10 years, Stuart has had a significant role in the management of engineering design offices. These roles have involved the overall management of a full complement of office staff encompassing all engineering disciplines, development of business plans, health and safety, recruitment and staff development, and financial management.
