Marcine Severn is an Asset Management specialist with a background in GIS and data management that has been supporting and coordinating projects for 9 years. She has a wide range of project experience including condition assessments, asset management plans, environmental assessments, and asset management system reviews/implementations.

As a part of these projects, Marcine focuses on overall project coordination and the development of project deliverables including asset register and hierarchy specifications, level of service and risk frameworks, capital needs assessments, best practices reviews, business process mapping, system procurement and evaluation documentation, and roadmap development. This is complemented by her technical skills using a variety of GIS and database software for the analysis and management of asset data. 

Marcine brings together her technical and communication skills to support workshop facilitation and the development of reports and deliverables that clearly communicate complex concepts and key project findings. She aims to bridge the gap between high level project goals and the more technical, data driven work to ensure line of sight throughout the project.
