Marjorie works extensively on analysis of sanitary and storm sewer system issues, mainly related to wet weather flow, capacity concerns, and long-range planning. Her background includes policy and by-law review and development, flow monitor and rain gauge data analysis, field and desktop data collection, hydraulic and hydrologic modelling, use of GIS to analyze and illustrate data, asset management, and Municipal Drains under the Drainage Act.
Marjorie’s experience includes over 10 years working in the public sector where she primarily analyzed wastewater collection systems involving capacity assessment, level of service definition, and long-term planning and helped create their GIS system and first sewer models through data collection and verification.
She is proficient at writing and can communicate information to a variety of audiences, from technical reports to public displays. Throughout her career, she has often provided quality assurance through review and final editing of others’ work.
